VENDOR SELF-SERVICE Vendors must register and create a user name and password to utilize this application, which allows registered users to receive solicitations for bids based on commodities or services that you have identified. The Vendor Self Service (VSS) portal provides vendors with the options to register your company with the City of Miramar to do business, view your invoices, view purchase orders, checks, and contracts issued to your company, and view bids submitted by your company. Click on the ‘Vendor Self Service’ link on the left side of this page to access the VSS information page.
