CITIZEN SELF-SERVICE The City implemented this user-friendly system to consolidate and streamline various City services such as permitting and inspections, business license, engineering and building code compliance. Logging in is not required to utilize this application. It facilitates access for residents, businesses, builders and the development community by enabling users to:

• Conduct permit searches including DRC and CAB projects
• Schedule building inspections
• Monitor permit and inspection status
• Conduct business license inquiries
• Inquire about and pay for business license applications
• Pay water utility bills
• Make credit or debit card payments up to $10,000. Please be advised that a credit processing fee of 2.95% is added to all credit/debit transactions.
